Supplementary Provisions
For registration on invitation by a DNUG member, 800.00 Euro/person plus statutory VAT will be charged. In case of subsequent application for DNUG membership by 2010-6-30, the difference to the participation fee for members will be balanced with the membership fee.
Discount for students is limited to the age of 35.

* For attendance of the Get Together on 2010-6-8 only, a fee of 60.00 Euro plus VAT will be charged.

Supplementary Provisions
Claiming of member conditions presupposes payment of the annual membership fee.

Please pay the fee for your conference participation after receipt of the confirmation of your registration and the invoice, by 2010-4-30 (receipt of payment) at the latest. Your conference participation is guaranteed only after payment! For registrations after this date, we kindly ask you to pay immediately after receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation
If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute can be named free of charge until one week before the conference. In case of alterations after this date, a fee of 30.00 Euro (plus VAT) will be charged.
A processing fee of 150.00 EURO (plus VAT) will be imposed for cancellation of a registration from 2010-3-30 until 2010-5-29. In case of cancellation after this date or non-arrival to the conference the full participation fee will be payable.

Accommodation & Arrival
Each attendee takes on the booking of accommodation himself. Profit from discount rates by an early booking in one of the contracted hotels. A journey description to the conference hotel will be sent to you together with the registration confirmation. In case of "no-shows" at the conference hotel, DNUG is bound by contract to provide missing contact data to the hotel for the billing of the cancellation charge.
