Dr. Reinhard K. Sprenger
ist freier Trainer und Berater für Personalentwicklung. Zu seinen Kunden zählen nahezu alle DAX-100-Unternehmen. Nach einer Tätigkeit als Lehrbeauftragter an den Universitäten Berlin, Bochum, Essen und Köln war er wissenschaftlicher Referent beim Kultusminister des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen. Bei 3M Deutschland leitete er den Bereich "Personalentwicklung und Training".
Dr. Sprenger ist Autor mehrerer Bücher und vieler Zeitschriften-Aufsätze.
Zu seinen Büchern - verlegt im Campus Verlag - gehören
"Mythos Motivation" (17. überarbeitete Auflage 2002) und

Bud Hartley
is Senior Consultant and works for the IBM Software Group Solutions and Strategy Team. During his 35 year career with IBM, Bud has spent most of his time working with customers to define and implement Information Technology solutions to address their business challenges. He has held various line, staff and management positions in Systems Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Information Systems Management and Customer Executive Education. Over the years, Bud has specialized in Information Systems management, data center operations, systems and database management. In recent years, Bud has been working with customers worldwide to assist them in leveraging their use of Internet Technologies and the application of IBM’s extensive software portfolio to address their business needs and challenges. Until he joined the IBM Software Group Solutions and Strategy Team in 1999, Bud was the manager of the IBM Software Solutions Division’s Customer Satisfaction, Quality, and Integrated Product Development deployment organization. He resides in Portland, Oregon, and reports into IBM’s Software Group Headquarters located in Somers, New York.

Dr. Kristof Kloeckner,
Vice President, Strategy and Architecture for IBM’s Application and Integration Middleware Division, based in Somers, New York. He was appointed to his present position in April 2001 and was previously Vice President, Business Integration Development, and Director of the IBM Hursley Laboratory in the United Kingdom. He is the Chief Technology Officer of the Application and Integration Middleware Division, and is responsible for technical strategy and architecture of IBM’s WebSphere Application Platform for e-Business. Dr. Kloeckner received a Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in Mathematics from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University at Frankfurt, Germany. He is a Fellow of the BCS and of the IEE, an honorary professor at the University of Stuttgart and a member of the advisory board of the Max-Planck-Institut for Computer Science in Saarbruecken, Germany.

ist Lehrstuhlinhaber für Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Universität Paderborn. Derzeitige Arbeitsgebiete seiner Lehr-, Forschungs-, Entwicklungs-, Projekt- und Beratungstätigkeit im Bereich des computergestützten betrieblichen Informations- und Wissensmanagements liegen bei e-Business Anwendungen, mit Schwerpunkten bei kollaborativen Lösungen. Der Autor von zahlreichen wissenschaftlichen Publikationen und Entwicklungsprojekten von Software-Frameworks ist Gründungsmitglied der DNUG. Prof. Nastansky hat die erste Lotus Notes-orientierte Unternehmung in Europa, die Pavosoft Informationssysteme GmbH, 1990 in Paderborn gegründet; 1994 erfolgte die Gründung der Pavone AG.

Heidi Votaw
is responsible for product management of all Lotus messaging offerings. In this role, Heidi is sets the direction and strategy for the Lotus Notes and Lotus iNotes technologies (e.g.: Lotus Domino Off-Line Services, Lotus iNotes Access for Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Domino WebMail) as well as the Lotus Mobile and Wireless offerings. In ensuring that proper product requirements are defined to meet marketplace needs; Heidi's team works closely with many different audiences including existing customers, new customers, and IBM internal functions such as marketing, engineering and sales. Heidi's team continues to expand the value of the client offerings by coupling and integrating other Lotus solutions to offer the best competitive products on the market. Heidi has been responsible for the Notes client and related technologies for the past several years and has an intimate knowledge of the Notes/Domino 6. Heidi is a frequent speaker on Lotus product offerings at Lotus-specific conferences such as Lotusphere, Lotus DevCon, Lotus Fusion, and other Lotus conferences held around the world. Heidi has also evangelized Lotus offerings at industry conferences such as Admin 2001 and Advisor DevCon. |

Wolfgang Weyand
ist IT Architekt in der IBM Software Group. Er begann seine Laufbahn 1993 als Consultant für Domino Infrastrukturen und Domino Anwendungen. Er hat seither Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Branchen und Projekten u.a. mit Lotus Partnern erworben, bevor er 1997 zur IBM wechselte. Dort hat er sich seit 1999 intensiv mit der WebSphere/ Domino-Integration auseinandergesetzt. Dabei stehen Public Key Infrastructure, Knowledge Portal und Business-to-Business-Integration im Zentrum seiner Architekturprojekte. Mit diesem Erfahrungspotential ist Wolfgang Weyand steter Gesprächspartner für das Thema WebSphere innerhalb der DNUG.
