    Roland Gieske
    sieht sein Unternehmen ICEBERG Consulting GmbH als eines der wenigen spezialisierten Institute Deutschlands, das die Ergebnisse von Trend- und Zukunftsforschung in Strategien, CRM und Kommunikationsprodukte für Auftraggeber umsetzt oder auf ihre konkreten Aufgabenstellungen im Alltag anwendet und konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen gibt. Ein wachsendes Kompetenzfeld ist Beziehungs-Management und Coaching, das sich zwangsläufig aus der Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema Kundenbindung ergibt.
    Nach dem Mathematik- und Informatikstudium in Berlin gründete Roland Gieske 1979 eines der ersten deutschen Softwarehäuser für Anwender-Software für die gerade entstehende PC-Industrie zusammen mit einem Partner. Dieser Gründung folgten weitere im Bereich Computer Animation und Software-Entwicklung. Nach dem erfolgreichen Verkauf entstand 1988 das Beratungsunternehmen für Trend- und Zukunftsforschung, die ICEBERG Consulting GmbH. Roland Gieske war zehn Jahre für und in großen Unternehmensberatungen wie Andersen Consulting - dort drei Jahre als Partner für Strategie-Entwicklungen - tätig..

    Ed Brill
    manages the positioning of Lotus software solutions in the competitive marketplace. He and his team are responsible for guiding Lotus software offerings to market-leading share and technical positions, based on customer requirements, industry trends, and product differentiation. Prior to his current position, Ed was the lead offerings manager for Lotus enterprise messaging solutions and managed product marketing for Lotus Notes and Lotus iNotes. In addition, Ed led the team responsible for market introduction of the award-winning Lotus iNotes Web Access. During his eight years at Lotus, Ed has also held key leadership roles in Lotus strategic marketing and product management organizations, contributing to the development and release of Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino R5. Ed's technical background also includes four years as a Chicago-based Lotus systems engineer, where he contributed to building some of the largest and most successful Lotus Notes and Domino customers worldwide. A frequent speaker at IBM and industry events worldwide, Ed is well known for direct contributions to the many Lotus software-focused virtual communities, including the Lotus Developer Domain and Lotus partner communities. Committed to understanding the global marketplace, Ed has visited Lotus software customers in over 20 countries.

    Alan Lepofsky
    is currently Offerings Manager for the IBM Lotus Domino family of products. His responsibilities include understanding customer wants and needs, and translating these needs into a strategy that drives a messaging solution through development. Since joining IBM Canada in June 1993, Alan's career has focused on all aspects of the Lotus Domino product, including System Administration, Application Development, and IT Architecture. As part of IBM's Global Notes Architecture team, Alan helped develop the rules and procedures that govern IBM's worldwide own messaging and collaboration infrastructure. In addition, Alan held a position in IBM Global Services, where he helped design and implement a variety of Domino installations at some of IBM's largest customer sites. In March 2001, Alan moved from Toronto, Canada to work at IBM in Cambridge, Massachusetts, accepting a role with the Lotus team. Since focusing on the Lotus software business, Alan has worked at large industry trade-shows such as Lotusphere and Lotus DevCon, and managed the International Notes Corporate Consortium, a council representing some of IBM's most influential Lotus Domino customers. Alan holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Craig Roth

    With more than 10 years of experience in systems development, Craig Roth is an industry expert advising clients on the process, technology, and organizational impacts of Web architecture strategies that have layered and componentized services (e.g., J2EE, Microsoft .Net). His research focuses on enterprise portal markets, frameworks and vendor assessment. Mr. Roth is also a key team member of META Group's CRM Infusion program, concentrating on the technology issues surrounding CRM. Prior to joining META Group in March 1998, he led an advanced technology applications area at Discover Card, as manager, analyst, project manager, and developer. Prior to that, Mr. Roth was co-founder and operating partner of the Horizon Group, a software company with four successful retail products. Mr. Roth received a B.S. in Business from Indiana University and an M.B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.



David Teboul

    David Teboul currently works as a Lotus EMEA Technical Advocate within the IBM Software Group.
    His prime focus area is Collaborative eBusiness. David and his team missions are to accelerate the implementation of Lotus technology, to support major strategic Lotus opportunities and to drive emerging business on new technologies such as Advanced Collaboration, Mobile & Wireless, Collaborative eBusiness, Knowledge Management and e-Learning in EMEA. In this Team, David's responsibilities includes areas such as Contextual Collaboration, Domino and WebSphere/J2EE integration, Portals, and I*net Application Development Technologies. He also makes sure that Lotus Development labs well understands the specific EMEA customer product requirements in order to implement them into the Lotus Product Line.
    Before joining Lotus in 1998, David worked since 1994 in IBM where he held several Technical positions.
    In particular, as a I*net Specialist he participated in the design and implementation of several major Internet projects within eBusiness Services in France and in the US and as a System Engineer, he supported technical pre-sales around emerging I*net Technologies within the Internet Solution Team on AIX.
