Supplementary Provisions
For registration on invitation by a DNUG member, 800.00 Euro/person plus statutory VAT will be charged. In case of subsequent application for DNUG membership by 2012-6-30, the difference to the participation fee for members will be balanced with the membership fee.
Discount for students is limited to the age of 35.

For attendance of the Get Together on 2012-6-12 only, a fee of 60.00 Euro plus VAT will be charged.

Supplementary Provisions
Claiming of member conditions presupposes payment of the annual membership fee.

Please pay the fee for your conference participation after receipt of the confirmation of your registration and the invoice by 2012-5-7 (receipt of payment) at the latest. Your conference participation is guaranteed only after payment! On registration after this date, we kindly ask you to pay immediately after receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation
If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute can be named free of charge until one week before the conference. In case of alterations after this date, a fee of 30.00 Euro (plus VAT) will be charged.
A processing fee of 150.00 EURO (plus VAT) will be imposed for cancellation of a registration from 2012-4-1 until 2012-6-5. In case of cancellation after this date or non-arrival to the conference the full participation fee will be payable.

Accommodation & Arrival
Each attendee takes on the booking of accommodation himself. Get special rates by booking in time in the conference hotel. We will send you a journey description to the congress center together with the confirmation of registration. If you book a hotel room and do not show up, a cancelation fee will be due. DNUG is obliged to provide missing address details for the invoice to the hotel.

Conference program subject to alterations by the organizer.
