Supplementary Provisions
For registration on invitation by a DNUG member, 700.00 Euro/person plus statutory VAT will be charged. In case of subsequent application for DNUG membership by 2006-06-30, the difference to the participation fee for members will be balanced with the membership fee. Discount for students is limited to the age of 35. Discount rates for members are also valid for attendees of acquainted European Notes User Groups.
The One-Day-Ticket for the solution showcase includes the catering for all breaks during the exhibition times.

Sending this registration, you accept the supplementary provisions, terms of participation and cancellation as legally binding!

Supplementary Provisions

Claiming of member conditions presupposes payment of the annual membership fee.

To claim the Early Bird rate, registration has to come in to the DNUG Office by 2006-03-31!

Please pay the fee for your conference participation after receipt of the confirmation of your registration and the invoice by 2006-04-10 (receipt of payment) at the latest. Your conference participation is guaranteed only after payment! On registration after this date, we kindly ask you to pay immediately after receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation
If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute can be named free of charge until one week before the conference. In case of alterations after this date, a fee of 30.00 Euro (plus VAT) will be charged.
The following fees are payable for cancellation of a registration:

from 2006-03-01 to 2006-04-17 130.00 EURO (plus VAT) processing fee

from 2006-04-18 to 2006-05-02 50% of the conference fee

from 2006-05-03 and in case of non-arrival to the conference 100% of the conference fee

by 2006-05-02; for registration effected by 2006-03-20 50% of the above mentioned cancellation fees

Booking of Accommodation
Each participant takes on the booking of accommodation himself. Get special rates by booking in time in one of the hotels listed in the invitation / on the website. The discount rates for the hotels can be guaranteed only until 2006-03-20. We will send you a journey description to the Stadthalle Karlsruhe together with the confirmation of registration.

Conference program subject to alterations by the organizer.
