Maja Kumme ist seit Januar 2008 IBM Direktor für Lotus Software und in dieser Position verantwortlich für Pre-Sales, Sales und Support aller Lotus Produkte in Deutschland. Davor war sie von 2005 an als Manager Sales Operations für die Vertriebssteuerung und Geschäftskontrolle der IBM Software Group zuständig und dabei an den Transformationsprozessen der IBM Deutschland beteiligt. In den Jahren zuvor hatte Maja Kumme verschiedene Positionen in der Software Group inne, unter anderem als Manager in SW Marketing und als Executive Assistant des Vice President Software Group EMEA Central Region. Maja Kumme kam in 2001, im Zuge der Akquisition von Lotus, zur IBM Deutschland und verantwortete bei Lotus das Service Geschäft in Norddeutschland. Frau Kumme studierte in Paderborn Mathematik und legte 1994 ihr Diplom ab.
