XML (eXtensible Markup Language) is fast becoming the standard used for expressing data in an easily digestible format - including Domino databases using DXL (Domino Xml Language). If you're a Domino Developer new to XML, it can be a bit intimidating.
This session will demystify XML - we'll give you the basics you need to understand and use XML, we'll cover various techniques for creating and consuming XML, and we'll even show you some neat things you can do with DXL.
We'll also cover some of the more common uses for XML, including Web Services in Domino - and we'll finish by covering the changes in Notes & Domino 8 regarding XML and DXL support.
