Indications and Conditions for Speakers and Exhibitors at DNUG ConferencesDNUG Conferences are an outstanding opportunity to present the advantages and benefits of your company's products/services based on concrete projects to a large audience of your target group.
According to the character of the conference, it is most important to us that users are included into the speeches or deliver the complete lecture themselves.
Problems in the course of the project and their solutions should also be mentioned. These experiences are of interest to the conference participants, too. Please hand in an abstract for the thematic classification and selection together with your proposal for a speech.
| Different to comparable events, DNUG does not charge any fees for speeches at the conferences. The incorporation into the program does not depend from a participation as exhibitor. |
Terms for participation at the conference as speaker:
- Attendance of the conference by the speaker of the user company free of charge
- Charging of the usual conference fees (350 EUR or 445 EUR, member companies and 930 EUR or 1,200 EUR, guests) for the Business Partner /Producer / Service Provider
- Expenses for travel and accommodation are not born by the DNUG
The following general conditions are valid for participation as EXHIBITOR as additional activity :
Members
1,300 EUR (1 person stand staff) or 1,500 EUR (2 people stand staff)
200 EUR for a product slot (15 minutes) in a separate session for exhibitors
Nonmembers
2,000 EUR (1 person stand staff) or 2,500 EUR (2 people stand staff)
350 EUR for a product slot (15 minutes) in a separate session for exhibitors
A fee of € 300 per person is charged for registration of additional stand staff. Ordering of supplementary equipment is also liable for costs.
Speakers can not invite further participants to free attendance of the conference. Your customers from user companies, which are no DNUG members yet, can make use of our offered discount rate for attendance of the conference:
- Attendance of the conference on invitation by a DNUG member: 500 EUR
- Visit of the exhibition: 60 EUR per person and day (catering during the day included, evening event not included)
All prices are given net, plus statutory VAT. |
