1. Application for Stand and Stand Staff
Applying for an exhibition stand as DNUG member or guest you can choose between two categories. Alteration of stand category is not intended.
A fee of 300.00 EUR (members) / 400.00 EUR (nonmembers) per person is charged for registration of additional stand staff. In case of substitution of stand staff a processing fee of 25.00 EUR is charged from Monday, 2004-05-03. Stand staff wishing to attend the conference sessions has to be registered as participants of the conference. The corresponding price categories for members/guests depending on the date of registration are valid. Special terms are valid for companies acting as Conference Sponsor (for information please see www.DNUG.DE).

All given prices are net plus statutory VAT.
Claiming member conditions presupposes payment of membership fees!
A processing fee of 300.00 EUR is charged for cancellation of registration until 2004-03-15. In case of cancellation after this date the participation fee – processing fee deducted - can only be refunded, if another company could be acquired as exhibitor for the stand.
4. Stand Construction and Equipment
The uniform dimensions of all stands are 3m x 2m x 2.50m (length x width x height).
It is possible to use individual stand equipment as well as the DNUG stand package. Electric current connection will be provided for each stand.
4.1. Stand Package
Stands of rows B and C are offered as package stands. They will be handed over completely built-up. The package includes the following items: 1 counter (0.75m x 0.75m x 1.15m), 2 bar stools, 1 brochure display stand, 1 waste basket, 2 halogen spotlights, 1 triple junction box and 3 wall elements (1.00m wide, 2.50m high each) as back wall of the stand. In addition, there will be at least 1 wall element as side wall, necessary for safe statics of the construction. This wall element can also be used for decoration. The wall elements are laminated with a white melanin resin, the frames are made of aluminium laminated white. Decoration material can be attached with adhesive tape, self-adhesive Velcro tape or thin wire hooks. A designation panel forms the upper part of the back walls (therefore usable height of wall elements only 2.10 m!).
Using the DNUG stand package, setting up decoration elements exceeding the height of 2.10m is excluded!
4.2. Individual Stand
Use of individual stand systems is possible in row A. These stands are not equipped with any furniture free of charge. Required equipment can be ordered and has to be paid separately.
A plan of the exhibition area is being coordinated and will be brought to your attention as soon as it is confirmed. Assignment of the stands will be effected by DNUG in accordance with the interested company.
The Exhibitor Guidelines, which will also be sent to you, contain all organizational information.
Please handle all provided equipment carefully and according to its use. The exhibiting company is liable for damages incurred.
