1. Stand Booking
Applying for an exhibition stand as DNUG member or guest, you can choose between two categories. Alteration of stand category is not intended.
A fee of 300.00 EUR (members) / 400.00 EUR (non-members) per person is charged for registration of additional stand staff. In case of substitution of stand staff a processing fee of 25.00 EUR is charged from Monday, 2005-06-06.
2. Stand Staff
Stand staff has no access to the conference program. Stand staff wishing to attend the conference sessions has to be registered as participants of the conference. The corresponding price categories for members/guests depending on the date of registration are valid. As exemption of this rule, exhibitors are welcome to attend the opening keynotes on June 14, 2005. Furthermore, each exhibiting company receives 3 vouchers, each entitling to attend one speech.
Special terms are valid for companies acting as Conference Sponsor (for information please see www.DNUG.de).
3. Exhibition Fees

All given prices are net plus statutory VAT.
Please pay your fee after receipt of invoice, by 2005-05-15 at the latest. Your exhibition stand is booked for you only after payment. Claiming member conditions presupposes payment of membership fees.
4. Cancellation
A processing fee of 300.00 EUR is charged for cancellation of registration until 2005-05-15. In case of cancellation after this date the exhibition fee – processing fee deducted - can only be refunded, if another company could be acquired as exhibitor for the stand.
5. Stand Construction and Equipment
The dimensions of all stands are 2.00m x 2.00m. All stands consist of uniform girder elements and will be equipped as follows:
- standard electric current connection
- 2 spotlights for illumination of the stand
- plate with lettering (name of the company or a product)
- 3 suspended wall panels for posters (each 0.85 m wide and 2.00m high)
- 1 counter
- 2 bar stools,
- 1 brochure display stand
- 1 wastebasket
The use of own equipment or design elements (except posters for the wall panels) is not allowed.
5.1 Use of the wall panels
Posters may only be attached with double-sided adhesive strips removable without any residue.
If graphic design of the wand panels (not included in the exhibition fee) is desired, we will be pleased to bring you into direct contact with the stand constructing company.
