- Set-up of the Speaker´s Corner as open communication point in the exhibition area
- Provision of the technical prerequisites (power supply, screen and beamer)
- Abstract of booked product slots and reference to the exhibition stand published in the conference folder
- Publication in advance at the Web site of the conference
- Information on and Guidance to the Speaker´s Corner by signage in the Kongress Palais Kassel - Stadthalle on both conference days
- Provision of the product presentations to all attendees at the conference CD
The fee for booking this presentation opportunity amounts to
- 400 Euro for members
- 600 Euro for nonmembers
Given prices are net plus statutory VAT.
NOTE!: The speaker of the product presentation has to be registered for the conference!
