1. Introduce DNUG to the breath of Lotus product line and new things
2. Expose DNUG team to engineering team, get direct insight form developers, provide feedback to developrs

Agenda October 1st
Visit our Westford lab for a product strategy and product plan discussion with our key development, architects, and executives.The day would start with a product line overview and continue with detailed sessions on individual product areas. These would include interactive sessions with the people directly involved in developing new releases.
Agenda October 2nd
Continue the visit in Westford with a day focussed on Development and Support processes. Our User Design team will discuss their design and research methods. Our support team will discuss how we handle support issues, prioritize issues and measure our success. Our product management and market analysis teams will share with you market data and discuss how we use that data to direct our work. We would also include a tour of our build and test labs.
